Tunnel Kiln Structure
Main Components
- Kiln Body: Main structural part with elongated passage containing tracks or rollers to support and move green bricks
- Preheating Zone: Initial zone where temperature gradually increases to remove moisture from bricks
- Firing Zone: Core area with highest temperature where bricks are sintered
- Cooling Zone: Area where fired bricks are gradually cooled to unloading temperature
- Combustion System: Provides required firing heat including burners, fuel supply, and exhaust systems
- Ventilation System: Controls internal airflow for complete combustion and uniform temperature distribution
